General Overview

The Segment Market Executive at Spectrum Robotics, will sell within specific segment markets of greatest familiarity and experience. This is where your subject matter expert knowledge becomes helpful in the deployment of our products.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all customer segment group research
  • Analyze profiles to determine market segment requirements
  • Identify target customer segments based on shared product characteristics and needs
  • Recommend activities in order to propose marketing strategies
  • Provide relevant reports and recommendation to achieve annual growth target by segment
  • Decide which niche market is most attractive as part of sales process
Qualifications
  • Capable of analyzing existing customer needs
  • Must be able to work outside of the office, remote and willing to travel to other cities and states
  • Identify gaps, groups and opportunities
  • A bachelors degree in a marketing, business or technical sales related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Travel to customers and industry events
  • Understand psychographic/behavioral patterns, geographical and industry needs

Business Development Representative (BDR)

Qualifications
  • Have previous experience in a related field
  • Must be able to work outside of the office, including travel to other cities and states
  • Must be open to work occasional weekends and holidays
  • Open to learning new things and have a passion for technology
  • A bachelors degree in a business-related field
  • Ability to keep a calm and professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding team members, all while factoring in the long-term goals of Spectrum Robotics.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of business recruiting, including virtual job fairs, targeted advertising, and the selection of prospective team members
  • Help the company find and obtain the necessary talent and skill-set required to align with product offering
  • Identify and hire the best talent to fill specific roles in the company
  • Build a database or pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Other duties as required
Qualifications
  • Coordinate with company leadership staffing needs
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, Github, Behance and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and virtual interviews
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • A bachelors degree in a business-related field

Content Management Specialist (CMS)
